There are a number of options for making your payment:
Online with your credit card.
Select your items from the Pitchcare store, go to the checkout and follow the instructions for payment by credit card online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo, JCB and American Express.
By phone with a credit or debit card.
Select your items from the Pitchcare store, go to the checkout and follow the instructions for payment by credit card over the phone. We will contact you to take payment as soon as possible (during UK office hours). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Switch, Solo and JCB.
By cheque through the post.
You can use a company or personal cheque to pay for your goods. Select your items from the Pitchcare store, go to the checkout and follow the instructions for payment by post. Send a cheque with a copy of your order to Pitchcare, Units 2/3, Allscott, Telford, TF6 5DY
Select your items from the Pitchcare store as normal, go to the checkout and choose account. You must be a registered Pitchcare member, have opened a credit account, and have logged in to Pitchcare to order products on your account.
Using a Direct Bank Transfer.
Once your order is placed, we will contact you with the relevant details. Your goods will be shipped when our account is credited.
We accept Paypal payments.
By Faxing or Posting an Official Purchase Order
If you are a Council, School or other govenrment funded body, in most cases we will accept an official letterheaded Purchase Order from you. Simply fax or post this to us.
In the case of businesses or privately funded organisations we may request you complete the relevant account form before accepting a Purchase Order. All purchase orders are subject to a maximum of 30 day credit terms from date of invoice.
Background checks are carried out on all organisations.
