Pitchcare products are sourced from a variety of suppliers from around Australia & New Zealand. In most cases each of the suppliers will despatch products direct to the customer from their own premises.
The majority of products have delivery, post and packaging charges included in the price. Where this is not the case, any additional charge is shown clearly on the product page and also in the checkout area.

The consumer has a cooling-off period of 7 working days in which to cancel the order. The cooling-off period commences the day after the goods are received by the consumer.
Any cancellation of the order shall be made in writing to Pitchcare within the cooling-off period.
The consumer has a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The consumer will be entitled to a full refund for the goods, however any goods returned to the supplier will be at the consumer's expense or at a charge not exceeding the direct delivery or haulage costs.

Non delivery or damage: to goods must be notified immediately by telephone to Pitchcare on +61 (3) 8502 2429 and in writing by email to mail@pitchcare.com.au
Title: to the goods shall remain vested in the Supplier until payment has been made for such goods in full. The Supplier is authorised to enter any premises where such goods are stored for the purpose of exercising its rights to retake possession of goods for which payment is outstanding.
Conditions of Sale: All products and materials are sold as being as nearly as possible in accordance with the Supplier's published description, specification or sample. In the event of any failing to comply with the appropriate description, specification or sample, the Supplier will replace but will not in any event be liable for any other loss whether consequential or otherwise. Customers must satisfy themselves before using any material that it is suitable for their purpose and the Supplier will not be responsible for any loss incurred by the use of unsuitable material.
Supply of Turf: The customer fully understands that turf is a growing crop and therefore an ever changing product. The customer fully understands that turf is a perishable product, which must be properly laid on properly prepared topsoil. The customer understands that once delivered turf must be laid within 24 hours and must be watered twice a day (morning & evening) until the turf has rooted down and is able to source its own moisture.
Delivery: Goods are despatched direct to the customer from the supplier. Delivery times are shown on the product page and in the checkout area. Some products are delivered on pallets or in 1 tonne bags, in which case suitable access must be available at the delivery point to accommodate vehicles up to 17 ½ tonne size, amongst other conditions, there should be adequate width, a smooth surface and no tight corners . We will do our best to deliver as close to the property if access allows. We are not able to carry materials up paths or to rear gardens. Access to sites must be on hard roads over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind.
Where products are to be delivered left on public roads or paths, the goods should be removed by the recipient in accordance with local authority regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to check local regulations with the relevant local authority.
It is the customer's responsibility to let us know if there are access difficulties, low bridges, narrow single lanes, weight limit roads, steep driveways or hills. Please call +61 (3) 8502 2429.
The supplier will make every effort to deliver products ordered on the agreed date, but if for any reason the supplier is unable to deliver then no liability whether in damages or otherwise for delay of whole or any part of the goods ordered arising from any cause whatsoever. Delivery by the supplier shall be conditional upon access free from encumbrances and good roads being available to the company's vehicles to the place of delivery. If the supplier, or its agent cannot gain access to the delivery address then additional costs may be incurred. In the case of kerbside deliveries the customer, or somebody appointed by the customer, should be at the delivery point to accept the delivery.
Force Majeur : If the Supplier is prevented from or delayed in delivery owing to inability to obtain necessary transport, or owing to labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, fire, accident, Act of God, breakdown of plant used in the production or delivery or from any cause the Supplier shall not be liable for any loss or damage direct or indirect caused to the buyer by reason or failure or delay by the Supplier in delivering the materials.
Customer's Premises : The customer will at all times be responsible for the security and insurance of the products after a delivery has been made. The customer will comply with all requirements of Health & Safety Legislation. For delivery made on a kerbside delivery basis it will be the customer's responsibility to move the products from the place of delivery to the area of laying. The supplier accepts no responsibility for injury or damage caused to persons or equipment whilst on customer's premises.

Governing Law:: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
If for any reason Pitchcare Oceania has run out of advertised stock on the website, Pitchcare Oceania will notify the customer within two days.
