Goods are despatched direct to the customer from the supplier. Delivery times are shown on the product page and in the checkout area. Some products are delivered on pallets or in 1 tonne bags, in which case suitable access must be available at the delivery point to accommodate vehicles up to 17 ½ tonne size, amongst other conditions, there should be adequate width, a smooth surface and no tight corners . We will do our best to deliver as close to the property if access allows. We are not able to carry materials up paths or to rear gardens. Access to sites must be on hard roads over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind.
Where products are to be delivered left on public roads or paths, the goods should be removed by the recipient in accordance with local authority regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to check local regulations with the relevant local authority.
It is the customer's responsibility to let us know if there are access difficulties, low bridges, narrow single lanes, weight limit roads, steep driveways or hills. Please email sales@pitchcare.com.au.
The supplier will make every effort to deliver products ordered on the agreed date, but if for any reason the supplier is unable to deliver then no liability whether in damages or otherwise for delay of whole or any part of the goods ordered arising from any cause whatsoever. Delivery by the supplier shall be conditional upon access free from encumbrances and good roads being available to the company's vehicles to the place of delivery. If the supplier, or its agent cannot gain access to the delivery address then additional costs may be incurred. In the case of kerbside deliveries the customer, or somebody appointed by the customer, should be at the delivery point to accept the delivery.
