USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. In return for Pitchcare Oceania allowing you access to the internet edition Pitchcare.com, you accept the following terms and conditions;

3. You are permitted to display extracts from the internet edition on your screen and print on paper one copy of such extracts solely for your own personal non-commercial use. For this purpose alone you may copy the extracts on to disk or to other storage media provided that any such copies may be used only to facilitate subsequent viewing by you or to print a single copy of an extract on paper for personal use.

Pitchcare Oceania reserves the right to withdraw use of the chat room, message boards, private messaging function or Who's Who? areas to any member who has submitted content of an offensive, obscene or a defamatory nature, or is actively promoting or advertising services in the opinion and at the discretion of Pitchcare Oceania. In such an event the member will forfeit the right to any subscription, advertising or marketing fee which may have been paid.

You accept that after you leave our site (whether knowingly or not) we can no longer be responsible in any way for any material that you encounter and we exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability that may arise with respect to, or, as a result of such material causing any damage, costs, injury or financial loss of any kind.

Pitchcare Oceania is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains how we use the information we collect about you, how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.
