moaning footballers
interesting kieron dyer blames his reoccuring shin injury on hard pitches,in particular this time blaming'anfield and other recent hard pitches'-the same injury has been happening to him continuously for the last 18 months at different times of the year and when playing at man city recently in a game where it rained all the way through the game, what was his reason for missing two open goals-possibly the pitch was too soft!!!!!why cant footballers change the record for once?????

cant agree with you more. why cant players and managers alike understand its them not always the surface and it is normally them???? sad thing with it, if the pitch was crap (hard or soft)more players would be injured and no one would be able to win, as surface would be the same for both sides. Oh well if they moans at us saves them from blaming themsleves. (coz we always blame them when the pitch starts to fail) NOT !!!!

if its not the firmness of the pich it will be something else don`t take it personally i am sure you are good at your job and produce a good surface for every match

couldnt care less
i'm not bothered myself as it wasnt the pitch that i work on he was moaning about but when you are getting anything up to £30,000 a week you should be able to play on anything, after all it is the same conditions for both teams and i didnt hear the other twenty odd people who played on the same pitch whinging on about it,using it as an excuse
