Turf Registered Equivalent products vs Branded

In Australia the original company, or division of a company, whose major activity consists of manufacturing the active substances of the chemical, and conducts the testing and registration process, is able to maintain a patent for the (Branded) product.

Australia's patent law period for turf registration is currently 8 year's data protection. During those years, only the company that has developed the (Branded) product is allowed to produce and commercialise it. After that period, any company can synthesise the chemical and commercialise it under a different name.

When a patent expires on the Branded product and other companies produce a Turf Registered Equivalent, the price for treating your turf inevitably reduces.

Using a Turf Registered Equivalent means that you are adhearing to the laws in all states of Australia.

And now:

The good news is that as of December this year you will able to obtain a new Turf registered equivalent Plant Growth Regulator called CliplessTM. Replacing the need to purchase the more expensive branded version, without sacrificing quality.

CliplessTM will retail for considerably less than it's originally branded predecessor.

Endeavour Turf Products has been assigned exclusive distribution rights of for the initial shipment of CliplessTM and a limited initial supply will be available for delivery in the coming weeks.

Given we expect the demand for CliplessTM will exceed our initial supply you can call or email now to pre order sufficient quantity for your needs.

Clipless

Such is the buzz around this new product release from the handful of people we spoke to about it, we have already pre sold 25% 50%! of the first shipment into Australia.
