The new TigerTurf synthetic grass multi purpose playground at Sholem Aleichem College, Elsternwick, Victoria was unveiled, featuring special guests Mitch Langerak and Carols Hernandez from the Melbourne Victory Football Club on hand to sign autographs.

The College made the decision to convert the existing asphalt and tan bark playground surfaces into a brillant stimulating, colourful and safe playground by TigerTurf, usable day in, day out. Associated works included paving, trees, irrigation, a sand pit and soft fall under play equipment.

All schools recognise the year round importance of providing sports and recreation areas where students can enjoy developing their physial abilities. However, a common problem many schools and colleges face is that they're stuck with a bare bumpy ovals that are rock hard in the summer and ununsable mud baths in the winter, asphalt surfaces that take skin off knees and the fun out of play.

Long life, low maintenance and a real answer to water restrictions, TigerTurf offers the complete resurfacing package.

TigerTurf are proud of our 'one stop shop' service, design, construction, installation and maintenance of synthetic and acrylic surfaces, all back by highly trained and experience employees.

'Thank you TigerTurf for creating the perfect playground and entrance to our school. Our families, and the children in particular, patiently waited for it's completion, and all will agree that the short disturbance was well worth the result. We are thrilled with our new playground and what it provides to our students' says Helen Bornsztejn, Principal.
