South Island Fine Turf SeminarThe Southern Turf Managers Association invite YOU too participant in the 2010 South Island Fine Turf Seminar which will be hosted at the Rydges Hotel in the Adventure Capital of the World, Queenstown!!!!!!!

The Central Otago region hosts world and national class sporting events on stunning venues in which you will get a chance to experience by attending the 2010 South Island Fine Turf Seminar.

The Seminar dates have now been confirmed and the Seminar will run from the 3rd of May commencing with Golf at arguably the most scenic golf course in NZ, The Queenstown Golf Club through to Wednesday the 5th where we will finish viewing Jacks Point which contains enchanting views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu………so don’t forget your camera!!




Apart from securing venues like The Hills, Jacks Point and The Millbrook Resort, to visit the 2010 SIFTS committee have also done fantastic job in securing world renowned Key note speakers, for the event, which includes:
* Martin Greenwood Course Superintendent from the Kingston Heath Golf Club, Australia
* Glenn Stuart from the Metropolitan Golf Club, Australia
* Mark Perham from Eden Park,
* David Howard from the NZSTI.

The programme also offers a local feel which will highlight the local talent within the Southern Turf Managers Region. During the seminar you will hear presentations from:
* Coryn Huddy- Carisbrook Climate Change – The Hills
* Ian Douglas- The Hills,
* Blair Dibley - Millbrook Resort
* Simon Forshaw- Jacks Point
* Geoff Andrews -TIC
* Cory Finn -The Hills
* Gary Smith -Otago Polytechnic

The programme just does not stop there, as we have also invited:
