Naming Rights: Seminar Satchels

Have your company logo printed on the delegate’s satchels. Delegates will continue to use their satchels again and again for monthly meetings, and other associated activities.

Naming Rights: Name Tags

Here’s a chance just not to remember a delegates name but a product which is struggling, getting left behind or is new on the market. An opportunity that should not be missed.

Naming Rights: Golf Tournament and Golf Tournament Happy Hour

Wow, what an opportunity to have sole naming rights of our Golf Tournament. It will be held at the Queenstown Golf Club. Imagine the possibilities, created with signs, products, equipment etc, displayed not only on the course, but also in the programme.  This also includes 4 free tournament entries, presentation rights at prizegiving.  Website branding/link accompanies the tournament naming rights.

Naming Rights: Seminar Happy Hour/s ( 2 Available)

Company not receiving the right exposure? Happy hour can fix that!!!! Another opportunity to get your Companies name in front of the delegates.

Naming Rights: Dinner Sponsorship:

Here's a great opportunity to have over 100 people focussed on your brand at point of registration and throughout the seminar dinner.  Sponsorship also includes 2 dinner tickets for VIP seats at the Guest Speaker table, 1 bottle of Central Otago wine, the right to place promotional material on tables and website branding/link.

Bus Sponsorship:

This is a great place to put promotional material with over 100 people travelling on 3 separate bus trips.

Jacks Point BBQ & Trade show:

This is a practical trade show where you have the opportunity to demonstrate new product or equipment in the field.  A BBQ will follow.

MARKETING OVERVIEW

Promotional advertisements will be placed with the New Zealand Turf Management Journal, Southern Turf Manager web site, New Zealand Golf Course Superintendents Web Site, with regular updates in the New Zealand Turf Times, and the Australian Golf Course Superintendents website and Magazine.

With the combination of two high calibre international speakers and the ever-popular holiday destination of Queenstown, we anticipate a high level of delegate interest in the 2010 seminar.

INSURANCE

Exhibitors are requested to undertake appropriate insurance for general property, public liability and risk associated with their participation in the event.

TRADE SHOW HOURS

Confirmation of exhibition set up and pack out will be notified at a later date.

The Seminar Organising Committee are confident that one of these Packages will benefit your company’s needs and we all look forward to seeing you on the 2nd May 2010.

Note: Due to limited space at Rydges Hotel promotional packages will come on a “First paid” “First served” basis. So don’t delay!!!!!
