25th Australian Turfgrass Conference and Trade Exhibition
Wrest Point, Hobart - 13-17 July 2009

The 25th Australian Turfgrass Conference has a variety of events, and well recognised and qualified speakers scheduled from Monday 13th to Thursday 16th, covering a variety of topics and issues surrounding turfgrass management and practices.

Some of the speakers include;
• Martin Black –What can go wrong?
• Peter Toogood (Guest speaker) – Icon of the Tasmanian Golf Industry
• Matt Roach – QDPIF trials into sportsfield auditing process
• John Neylan – Profile analysis and thatch management
• Henk Smith – Making sense of the science of growth regulation
• Mark Jennings – Managing golf courses and the expectations of golf course users on low or medium budgets

Key events over the four days include;
• Welcome Reception (Monday, 7:30 – 10:00pm)
• Scotts Function (Tuesday, 4:30 – 6:30pm)
• AGCSA Annual General Meeting (Wednesday, 5:00 – 6:30pm)
• Presidents Dinner (Thursday, 7:00pm – 10:00am)
• Trade Show Commences (Wednesday, 10:30am)
• Trade Show Concludes (Thursday, 2:30pm)
