Invitation to TGAA Victoria Regional Seminar

Tuesday 9th MARCH 2010 TGAA Vic
Central Reserve -Gravesend St, Colac Victoria (behind Colac Bowling Club)

This years Regional Seminar takes us to Colac and will include a bus transfer to the Biogreen facilities in Swan Marsh, then return to Central Reserve for lunch.

Speakers for this day include:

Guest speaker -Barwon Water
This session will address current issues for western Victoria.

Luke Tresize -TurfCare & Hire
With many Councils converting their normal rye grass ovals to summer grasses - couch ovals, Luke will speak on the issue of water restrictions, the concerted effort of Councils to conserve and save water and the fact that couch uses 1/3 of the water of normal grasses.

Daryl Stevens -Arris Environmental Consulting
Irrigation of amenity horticulture with recycled water and managing a changing climate.

Peter Todd- City of GlenEira
Sub surface drip irrigation within the City of Glen Eira

Question time will be made available at the end of each session.
