Why choose between the power of a commercial mower and the effortless maintenance of a residential one when the latest in innovative Toro design brings together the best of both worlds?
Toro Titan
Combining features from its commercial and residential line of mowers, Toro Australia is pleased to announce the launch of its newest range of commercial zero-turn mowers – the 2010 Toro® Titan® series. Easy to use and easy to maintain, with features such as a quick, no tools deck removal, the all new Toro® Titan® series is a pro-inspired commercial mower that must be driven to be believed.

‘Toro identified a need gap in the market place for small contractor operators looking for a high quality, rugged and reliable machine at an affordable price’, commented Dave Smith, Toro Australia Warranty and Technical Service. Unmistakably Toro tough, the new Toro® Titan® features a heavy-duty tubular steel frame, maintenance-free caster wheel assembly and rugged engine compartment for outstanding strength and durability.

Powering this mowing Titan are two high-output and low-maintenance Kohler and Kawasaki twin cylinder engines. Engineered with specific Titan ZX configurations, the Toro® Titan® provides users with peak power, smooth operation and reliable performance. According to Dave Smith, the engine is an important feature of the Toro® Titan®:

To help deliver a superior quality of cut each and every time, the Toro Titan also features heavy duty decks up to 60-inches wide, as well as heavy duty commercial-grade spindles. In addition, an innovative 3-blade design enhances grass clipping dispersion and eliminates clumping.

“This is another great feature of the Toro® Titan – it features stronger decks and spindles than you find in domestic units. This means the machine is able to better handle varying conditions”, stated Dave. Impressive in both size and power, the Toro® Titan® is surprisingly easy to operate. Two independent hydrostatic drives with integrated charge pumps ensure precise and multi-directional cutting control while
the unique hydraulic dampers eliminate ‘jerky’ operations, guarantying users a smooth ride all day long.

For professionals who understand the importance of all-day comfort when mowing, the Toro® Titan’s® premium comfort package will not disappoint. Featuring a contoured 18-inch extra tall seat with seat spring suspension, adjustable arm rests, six-way adjustable control levers, and even a handy cup holder – the Toro® Titan is in a class all by itself!

And to ensure top-of-the-line performance season after season, the Toro® Titan® is backed by one of the best warranties in the market! Says Dave Smith: “Buying a Toro® Titan means that operators get a 3 year or 240 hour warranty, which is a lot longer than you get on a domestic unit. It offers great peace of mind for operators”. Make easy work in even the toughest conditions with the all-new 2010 Toro® Titan®.
