Favourite Movie: Clint Eastwood's Heartbreak Ridge- a great management tool, I think everyone should watch it! If you ever have problems keeping staff in line, this is the movie!

Teams Barrack for: The Eels and the Dragons when I was younger
Favourite Sport: Rugby League and Cricket
Hobbies: Watching the kids play Cricket & spending time with the family
